To My Unborn Child
Serena

January 2003

You float around inside of me
Like a little goldfish in a fish tank.
You did not asked to be concieved.
God gave me you as a gift.
Only 2 months old, growing inside of me.
Your life was cut so short.
I returned you to God.
I want to say I love you so much,
Wherever you are.
I only wanted the best for you.
Me bringing you into this world
With your father and me
The way things were,
It would have been the wrong thing to do.
In your best intrest at heart
I believe we did the right thing.
I hope you go to parents
Who will love you and raise you right.
Remember, you will always be in my heart
There will not be a day that goes by
That I do not think of you.
I love you, my baby love
