Grace

January 2004

You came to us a surprise
to hear you were coming into our lives
So happy were we
that a beautiful baby was to be
Inside me you started to grow
as I began to glow
With great anticipation we planned for you
and my tummy grew
Back into His arms did God take
as our hearts began to break
and our empty arms ached
The doctor said it was not to be
God needed a tiny angel named Gracie
In my heart I knew
that you were a baby girl that grew
Rest in peace our angel, we'll never forget you
