I am deeply saddened that my country - and my people - were attacked by brutal terrorists. We now mourn not only our children, but those who died in New York, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania. The sheer acts of bravery by unsung men and women have caused me to cry more than once. From the Priest who died after reading the last rites to a dying firefighter to Mark Bingham who vowed to, along with others, fight the hijackers aboard his flight. He did. He won. And in his winning, he died. He saved the lives of hundreds by doing so. There are more. More we'll never know about because their bravery is now a part of their day. No matter where we are, no matter our spiritual beliefs, our culture background, the color of our skin, we are AMERICANS! We stand strong and will not allow any terrorist to bring us down. I love you all.
