After much grief in trying to decide, I chose to give her up. She would be happier in Heaven where she would be perfect. Once she was born, and I held her in my arms, I knew I had made the right decision. She was so tiny, though her arms and legs were so long. The anencephaly was obvious... her spine reminded me of an open zipper. Even so, she was so beautiful.
